We offer Handy Man Services to homeowners for small jobs. No job is too small and repairs are scheduled to accomodate our customer's schedule. We can also put customers on routine maintenance accounts, including such items as monthly changing of air filters, lights, etc.
We service the Real Estate business by providing maintenance and repair services, ranging from the small repair jobs to large structural repairs. Jobs are done professionally and when scheduled, to insure real estate transactions close when scheduled. We also evaluate damaged structures to insure they are still structurally sound.
Our list of commercial customers includes local hospitals, offices, restaurants, condo associations and apartments. We assist our customers with evaluating and recommending solutions on maintenance problems and preventative maintenance programs.
